Stroll through Montmartre

A bohemian hill where art meets romance.

🕰️ A bit of history!

An emblematic district of Paris, Montmartre rises on a hill in the north of the city, offering one of the finest panoramic views of the capital.

This village in the city has long been a hotbed of Parisian artistic life, welcoming famous painters such as Picasso, Renoir, Toulouse-Lautrec and Modigliani from the late 19th century onwards.

Construction of the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur, the district's landmark, began in 1875 and was completed in 1923. Towering over Paris from its 130-metre height, it attracts millions of visitors every year.

With its cobbled streets, staircases, typical cafés and artist-filled Place du Tertre, Montmartre retains a unique, timeless charm. Today, it's one of the capital's most picturesque and romantic spots.
